These Terms and Conditions apply to the Truck State Driver Access SMS Program. This program is used to send drivers app-install links, driver access links, phone-verification related messages, and limited support or operational messages needed to access and use Truck State.

Program Description

Truck State is a business transportation platform used by brokers, dispatchers, carriers, shippers, and drivers. The Driver Access SMS Program sends text messages that help drivers open the Truck State app, complete account access, and receive limited account or trip-access related messaging.

Opt-In

By providing a mobile phone number to Truck State, or by asking a dispatcher, broker, carrier, shipper, or authorized company contact to send a Truck State app-access message to that number, you agree to receive relevant text messages from Truck State.

Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Most drivers receive a one-time app-link text when invited, with additional messages only when another invite, verification attempt, access-related support message, or similar operational request is needed.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any Truck State SMS message to opt out. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless a new opt-in is provided.
